1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and of the Memoriclip software, published by Golden Triangle Software ("we", "us"). By using the site or the software, you agree to them.

2. The software and your license

Memoriclip is a Windows clipboard manager. A free version is available at no cost, with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid versions (Pro and Ultimate) are one-time purchases that grant a perpetual license. A license lets you activate the software on 1, 2, or 3 PCs, depending on the license you buy. The license is personal: you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

3. System requirements

Memoriclip runs on Windows only. It is your responsibility to check compatibility with your system before purchasing. The free version lets you check this at no cost.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on the site's home page and on the checkout page. They are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The applicable tax is determined and collected by Lemon Squeezy based on the buyer's country. Prices may change; the price that applies is the one shown at the time of order.

5. Purchases and payment

Paid versions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller for your purchase. Your purchase is therefore also governed by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, shown to you at checkout. After payment, you receive your license by email and activate it inside the app.

6. Delivery

After payment, the license key is sent by email to the address given when ordering. The software is downloaded from the site. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then email [email protected].

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund. If you are not satisfied with a paid version, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing [email protected]; refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. This is in addition to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you are in principle entitled to a fourteen-day period to withdraw from an online purchase. Memoriclip is software supplied by immediate download: by confirming your order, you expressly request that supply of the digital content begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

As a result, your right of withdrawal is lost once the download has started, in line with Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, which you accept at the time of payment.

To let you try the software before any purchase, a free version is available with no time limit and no credit card required.

Independently of the above, the refund policy described in section 7 above remains available: you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

The official seller of your order being Lemon Squeezy, a withdrawal or refund request may be sent either to Lemon Squeezy via the link on your order receipt, or to [email protected], who will forward it. A model form is provided at the bottom of this page.

9. Intellectual property

Memoriclip and all associated intellectual property are owned by Golden Triangle Software. Your license grants you the right to use the software; it does not transfer any ownership.

10. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including any legal guarantee of conformity, which cannot be waived.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint should first be addressed to [email protected]. If disagreement persists, you may refer free of charge to a consumer mediator.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Language and acceptance

These terms are written in French and English; the French version prevails in case of discrepancy. By confirming your order, you declare that you have read and accept these terms. The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
